I rarely write reviews, but the customer service I’ve experienced with the Beelicious Pro Food Saver (BPFS) folks has been beyond EXCEPTIONAL - prompting me to write this in hopes it may help someone else as well as give 10 plus gold stars to the BPFS customer service & their food saver!! I experienced a vacuum problem which we later realized were the off brand vacuum bags NOT the food saver. The BPFS folks worked tirelessly to help discern the problem! My advice regarding the vacuum bags are ONLY use their brand! You & your food preservation will appreciate it! Bottom line - excellent food saver & excellent customer service!!
